About the client
DPR Infra Projects Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted construction contractor and real estate developer based out of Hyderabad. The client was running ads with the site links set to the company website’s homepage. Despite having a well designed website, there was no clear call to action anywhere on the website. Redesigning the entire website was not an option too. So to solve this issue, we suggested using a landing page.
Development
During the initial phase, we collected the feedback of the client on a regular basis so that we were aligned with our client’s objectives. But it was crucial we did it because misaligned would have meant rework and delay in the launch of the campaign.
One primary issue we faced during the development was because of how universal our client’s services were, we didn’t exactly know the ICP we were pitching to. So we were in the dark about the kind of tone we wanted to go with. We ended up choosing an optimistic, neutral tone to cater to the ICP we defined to be mid 30’s to mid 50’s, HNI or working at one of the higher rungs in the corporate ladder, working in the industries DPR Infra caters to etc.
Firstly, the hero section. In the homepage of the website, the hero section is a video background with two call to actions. One downloaded the company’s brochure and the other lead to a contact page without any way to contact the company directly. To fix this, we created a prominent form to the right of the hero section which allowed potential leads to enter their details in the form directly.
Then, came the content of the landing page. Because of the readily available assets of DPR Infra’s projects, we designed the page to make the projects be front and center of winning client’s trust.
Once, DPR Infra started marketing the website, we observed a 2x increase in click through rate and almost a 4x increase in form submissions. Which proves once again that focused landing pages are key to increasing the effectiveness of a marketing campaign’s performance.
